From start to finish, Mazen demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. Booking him was super straightforward and hassle-free. He was communicative and very detailed, even down to the personalized menu. When it came to preparation for the actual event itself, absolutely nothing was required to be done on my part. My guests and I were lucky enough to enjoy his newly created 4-course menu. All the ingredients were fresh and well paired, from the homemade bread to start, down to the dessert, every dish was beautifully plated and filled with bursting flavors. Mazen provides a warm and interactive experience. With every course he gave us a detailed description of each dish, creating a snapshot of the unique flavor profiles we were about to indulge in. To put the cherry on top of the entire experience, Mazen left my kitchen even more spotless than it already was. I didn’t have to worry about clearing the table, or washing dishes, Mazen provided everything down to the napkins. The overall evening was a night to remember, a true 5-star experience.
